Include any customer, audit, hiring, payroll, renewal, or board deadline. If there is no fixed deadline, say that.

List the tools or vendors you use for HR, payroll, EOR, benefits, IT, identity, compliance, insurance, accounting, expenses, and legal. “None” is fine.

Name the executive sponsor and the people responsible for engineering or security and finance or payroll.

If someone referred you, include their name.
